   I am beyond happy with this device. I have removed tons of skin imperfections that have bothered me for 20+ years. I did see a dermatologist first to have everything checked by a professional before starting this process. I highly recommend this product. I am so pleased! I wish I had found this sooner. The pain doesn't really bother me. I bought a numbing cream but I haven't needed it yet. It does have a small sting... but nothing super painful. The spots do scab up for about a week before falling off and leaving a small pink scar. Just be careful.... it basically burns your skin. Be careful.

   I used this product to remove the moles that I have on my face. I have used this only one time and six days later, half of the moles that I had have fallen off. This item was easy to use and light in weight. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I used this tool without the numbing cream and it was not unbearable or painful . The first couple of times it was a little uncomfortable but after that you get used to it. This was worth the money to me.

   This thing really works! I had been very self conscious about skin tags on my neck for many years. I finally feel free of them! If you can handle a tattoo you can certainly handle this. I did use a numbing cream. However it wasn't 100% pain free. You do feel a little zap, nothing crazy. This was definitely worth every penny!

You could see them poking out the side of my face, and it was so ugly. I tried to make an appointment to get them removed, but that was taking too long, so I ordered this pen.    I had several skin tags located on my face, neck and chest. I'm happy to say I've burned them off. I have a few very small ones that look more like bumps, but the others are gone. I started at 2 using the larger needed and moved to 5. I've enjoyed seeing my face clear. I burned myself a little but I'm considering getting my face resurfaced after having kids and serious scarring from acne. I can't wait for clear skin.

   This unit is super easy to use. I used it to remove skin tags from myself and, my fiancﾃｩ. It was not completely painless but, not unbearable at all. It was kind of like a small bee sting. My skin tag was smaller than my fiance's so, mine didn't bleed at all. His, on the other hand was a bit bigger and bled minimally. By the time I had the skin tag off of him, the unit had cauterized his bleed so, it had stopped. He also said it wasn't too terrible.

   I have tried tones of things to treat my melasma: chemical peels, chemical bleaches, Pico laser, nothing has worked. I received this today and I can already tell that my melasma is mostly gone. I have a good instict to use the thick tip for the melasma (aprox 3 cm long), that was a good call. But then I did something dumb, I tried the needles and I caused 2 innecesary blood dots. Other than that, it was fabulous! I hope it looks better and better as the days pass by, this was my first day.
