I was sceptical about trying this product as have tried a couple of other things for skin tags which have been rubbish! This item however, is AMAZING. Really easy to use, relatively painless, clear instructions and nicely packaged. Lots of extra needles too. The only thing that could make this product any better would be to include the antiseptic wipes in it that they advise you to use to clean the area before treatment. Definitely well worth the money.

I used this at first with the larger tip to remove skin tags. You are burning them off so beware of smoke and burining flesh! No pain as ling as you dont hit your actual skin. Most were gone with one use and the next week the two larger ones I went back and finished off. If you have wuestionable growths see a doctor, but if you know what you have and want to correct it yourslef, this tool works great. No ussues with the power or level buttons. I used level 9.

It does hurt because you're literally burning your skin but numbing cream should take care of that. Just take proper precautions , like cleaning the area properly and the tool.
