   The bats were getting in under the roofing ridge vent material. The attic above the garage was loaded with bat poop. I cleaned up the poop where there is flooring and installed the Cleanrth CB006 and after a week checked for poop and there was hardly any. After another week the bat poop was completely gone. I never did see the bats because they must have been tucked under the ridge cap, but the poop is gone and I assume the bats have left. This sure beat calling out the bat control people as the roof is very steep and high.

   This is amazing! Just as the instructions stated, there was more bat activity prior to their exit. The bats were in the exterior wall of our MI cottage for several years. Now they are gone! Be sure to follow the instructions and be patient. It took 3 weeks for them to "re-home" but it was worth the wait. Unlike one reviewer stated, it did not make either of our two house cats sick. Highly recommend the seller and this product.

   I bought this item earlier this summer but just started using it. We live in a log home in the mountains and we, like many neighbors, have bat problems. We've had the (expensive) pros out, but the bats return. This summer I had them roosting in the front and back of my house, behind some window trim board. That's when I ordered this product. But at.the.same time, I hooked up my garden hose on jet spray and sprayed them all out. When they were gone, I sprayed the same areas with a mixture of white vinegar and water. They didn't return. For about 3 months! So, I got out this product and plugged it in. After just 3 days, I'm not seeing bats!

   I’ll admit, I was VERY skeptical. I followed the directions to a tee and amazingly enough, it worked!
   We had a LOT of bats in the attic of our old historic brick home. (On one evening as they were coming out of a crack in the chimney, I stopped counting at 225!)
   My husband stuck his head up in the scuttle hole to set this up, and he said it looked like an airport...bats flying everywhere! Yes, we were both totally freaked out!!
   We checked it exactly 8 days later and the majority of them were gone but there were still a few left. We followed the directions, changed the batronics and checked it again in another 8 days....they were gone!!! We quickly filled the holes in the cracked mortar in the chimney and now we’re bat free!! I often wonder where they all went (we live in town), maybe to the neighbors house! ????????????

   Obviously, I bought it as I didn't get another choice to get rid of the bats that were living in between the ceiling and the roof of my house, it was annoying. I tried other means, but didn't get results. This item was like the last resort, and it worked.
   What I suggest is that anyone that buys it, be patient and follow the instructions as per the manufacturer. In my case it took more than seven weeks to see results, happily finally I get rid of the bats.

   I have a 1930's home that has been remodeled 3 times so there are bound to be some unknown entry places. I have had a pest person, a handyman, and a contractor out several times for a bat in the unfinished basement. Each time we thought it was sealed up. I finally purchased 2 of these and set them up with a game camera. I followed the directions waiting 2 or 3 weeks between changing stages. The day I changed it to Stage 2 Batronics the bat stopped flying around and instead seemed to be trying to find a quiet roost. That went on for more than an hour. I waited 40 more days to see if the camera caught any motion but that bat is GONE! I plan to leave these on continuously and will change the settings occasionally to make sure they are confused and find somewhere else to roost.

   We ‘Had’ a bat issue. Under our covered porch the bats have lived for many years. The numbers seemed small till this year. There was always poop to vacuum up but this year it got rediculous. So we tried this item. Read the reviews and thought let’s try it
   Well I can tell you with all honesty it Works !!
   We plugged it in followed the directions and the very next morning. No Poop. !!!!! They were not hanging out there any more.
   Their still out at night eating away but they have not returned under the porch roof. !!
   AMAZING!!!!!!! Who would have thought.
   We also have to dogs. A Great Dane and
   Chichihua and neither one is effected by the device.
