   I've been using light therapy under the direction of a doctor for a few years now, and I really love this particular lamp. My old lamp was very chunky and difficult to move around. (This is actually part of the reason it broke.) But the happylight is so light and portable that whatever I happen to be doing, or where ever I happen to be, I never miss a day. It's really helped me to be more consistent with my therapy regimen.
