    I was sceptical about trying this product as have tried a couple of other things for skin tags which have been rubbish! This item however, is AMAZING. Really easy to use, relatively painless, clear instructions and nicely packaged. Lots of extra needles too. The only thing that could make this product any better would be to include the antiseptic wipes in it that they advise you to use to clean the area before treatment. Definitely well worth the money.

I have had a few skin tags on my neck since I was pregnant with my son 22 years ago; one was rather large and it would frequently catch on my shirt collars or necklaces and get irritated and sting a little. I decided to search Google for skin tag removers and came across this device, and I saw that it uses acupuncture needles. As a licensed acupuncturist, I love finding acupuncture devices I haven't tried before. So I decided to order this and give it a try.

    I used this at first with the larger tip to remove skin tags. You are burning them off so beware of smoke and burining flesh! No pain as ling as you dont hit your actual skin. I did apply numbing cream first. Most were gone with one use and the next week the two larger ones I went back and finished off. Then I got brave and used the fine needle tip to treat a spider vein complex on the inside of my knee. I watched videos on self electrolysis and spider veins to learn how. Im half way to healing, and it looks great. I will likely treat any remaining vein again next month. This has saved me hundreds of pounds at the dermotologist ir reurn to the vein clinic. If you have wuestionable growths see a doctor, but if you know what you have and want to correct it yourslef, this tool works great. No ussues with the power or level buttons. I used level 9.

    I love it, definitely does the job. I dont know about raised moles but I used it on small to medium moles and they dont come back if done properly. It does hurt because you're literally burning your skin but numbing cream should take care of that. Just take proper precautions , like cleaning the area properly and the tool.

    OMG! I wish I knew about this product before! So far so good! It has been a week since I removed my skin tag. First picture is when I had my annoying skin tag. Second picture is of when I removed it. I'm very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend this product!
