I liked the device. I took to remove many small hanging birthmarks. I tried on one, quite large, everything was completely tightened by the bottom for 10. that I can advise: 1. better to pain. Buy lidokaine in the pharmacy and make. Pain when burning, though tolerance, but not comfortable. 2. burning is probably better on "7", as everyone recommends. 3. too long to burn the hanging birthmark whole, easier to pull the tweezers and re-burn the leg. 4. after moxibustion, three days were taken by povidon. 5. needles are also burning, so if hanging moles very much, it is better to buy them extra.

I zapped about 8 at once, touching the skin tag with the zapper around 4 x for each tag, it burns the skin so it's important to touch the top. I t went black quite quickly but then literally after 6 days the black disappeared and just a light skin discolouration remains, though I expect this to fade.
Am over the moon with these results especially for this price. Followed the instructions and this was the result so am very happy with this buy
