I have a bad back, long standing, which ever side hurts, I put it on that leg.so it is very versatile. I find that if I put it on bare leg it makes a red spot. so I put it over slacks or capris. worth the money for me . my friend who is a message therapist tells me how it works, I don't care how, I only care that it works, and reasonably priced.

I was having severe sciatica pain. I knew there was "something" available in the form of a brace that would help so I went to look for one. I found the Beactive brace, the price was certainly right so I pulled the trigger. When it arrived I put it on immediately. I felt it was just a bit small for my leg (I have thick calves) but it did fit and I was able to wear it. OMG let me tell you!! my pain was gone almost immediately. I wore the brace all day and even to bed that night. I continued to use the brace off and on for about a week until I felt I didnt need it anymore. Now I only use it if I feel sciatica pain coming on; then I put it on and the pain is gone. Im telling everyone I know about this product because it worked for me.

I admit I was a little doubtful - however, two days after receiving this, I got up with the sciatic nerve pain on a day I had to work on the hard terrazzo floors all day. I was amazed that even at the end of the day I felt better than when I got up. By the time I had worn it two days in a row, the pain was gone, and has not yet recurred. Highly recommend!

My husband has sciatic issues and refuses to take narcotics. His pain was severe and here recently pretty constant. After much prayer about it God placed someone in his path whose husband also suffered and she told us about this wonderful device. When I found it I couldn't believe the low price!! The quality is wonderful and my husband felt instant relief. Hes back to his old ornery self and we couldn't be happier!! Praise God and thank you for a wonderful product!!

I got 2 of these before from Walmart years back and they finally got too stretched out and the thread came apart letting the foam button out so I needed new ones. As long as you get that lump in the right spot this will start killing the pain after about 10 minutes. Not quite sure why but there's extra material sticking out on these that are irritating after 5 hours. I'll probably try trimming it off but for the price I recommend anyone with that mysterious lower back pain from undiagnosed sciatica to try this. If your pain is extreme, it won't take it away 100% but at least 90 and let you relax and be able to do physical activities without any pain increase. I'm a truck driver so I constantly have sciatic pain.
