    Probably the best invention mankind has made after bicycle and radio communication. Best part is that the laces are elastic material, but not to stretchable. Once installed, you don't even have to to unlock the lock part. Just pull the shoe flap, and your foot slips in easily. I am wearing them on my Merrell MOAB Ventilator shoes. and trust me because I work in wildlife and have to trek a lot through rocky and muddy terrain. Quality is top notch and the fit is super dependable. I can't imagine shoes without lock laces now.

    my leather sneakers that I LOVE had basic cloth shoe laces that over time would get jammed in the holes and not provide even tension across the shoe...to a point where I couldn't even put my foot inside them without a struggle...these laces have totally changed that..because they're super strechy they expand and contract as you take a step giving you a snug fit without hurting..totally saved my vintage converse.
