   After reading some other reviews on here I settled on this helicopter for my 9 yr old son. He loves it! I've yet to try it out, but its so cool to watch it fly. Its controls don't look so precise when he's playing with it, but when my 15 yr old uses it. its very cool how precise the controls are. Forward, backward, up, down, hover. Now my 15 yr old wants one and I'm gonna get him one cause he keeps taking his younger brothers. Might get him a different model, but same brand. Oh and my husband like it too.

But it's more than I would expect from a unit in this price range. It absolutely will not fly outside. The slightest breeze sends it helter skelter in every direction, so don't bother trying, really. It would have to be unusually still for it to work. It is a bit faster moving backwards than forwards, as other reviewers have mentioned.
