Relieve Menstrual Pain Abdominal Heating Massage Warm

I like the belt and the heat. It does get pretty hot, which I like so you can wear over your clothes or under. I have enjoyed putting the massage mode on…but you can’t use discreetly.

It’s convenient to have belted at my waist. Can turn it to the front or to my back. This little thing is slim enough to go underneath my shirt and pants. Not too bulky, I don’t wear tight fitting clothes during that time of the month so easy to wear all day. I’ve even worn while dining in a restaurant. The environment was loud enough where vibration went unnoticed perhaps by those around me, but they were family and i was excited to let them know what I was wearing while not being tied to an outlet by my bedside with an old style heating pad. I like the auto shutoff after some time so I don’t accidentally fall asleep with it on. It heats up very quickly and I have yet to bring it over 1 as it is hot enough of a setting for me. The massage is just vibrations but still offer some relief. I am happy I purchased this.

I wish I had this year's ago! I used to call in or leave work the first 2 days of my period. Now I wear my heating pad at work. Both of my daughters as well. I put it on 1 for direct skin contact and 2 or 3 over clothes. 2 or 3 is to hot for direct skin contact for me...but my daughters can use 2 or 3 directly on the skin. Once I charge it it last for about 1 hour but it doesn't take very long to charge. I use the vibration at home and it helps also.

The original product came broken, the replacement was sent, and has been a true life saver. I have severe pain from Endometriosis. This product heats up very quickly (can burn you if you put it directly on your skin) the massage function is very loud, but it does help with the pain in some cases. It holds a pretty decent charge, and is not extremely bulky.

I got this because I saw a friend post about it and I NEED to heated things to survive my periods. I have absolutely terrible cramps and I usually use a hot rice sock because the pressure helps too, but it has to be reheated often. This is a great alternative, especially when you need to sit at your desk. I do wish it would stay charged longer, but that's to be expected from something small. It gets HOT, like REALLY hot. I don't like the "massage" function much, it just shakes up my already upset stomach, but the heat is really great. The little belt keeps it right where I need it so I'm not having to constantly adjust it.
