I love this little thing. I have PCOS and endometriosis and the pain I get during ovulation blows period cramps out of the water... This little thing feels so good and helps sooooo much. Mg only issue is that I'm a bigger girl, I wear a size 17-18 pants at 208 lbs. The belt on this stretches nicely but almost doesn't go around me. So the band cuts into me a little which isn't comfortable at all. I would love to see sizing in this product.

This is great for relieving cramps. The strap stretches. It has a soft pad on the part you put against your skin. It can be worn under your clothes or ontop if sensitive to heat. It has different settings so you can set temperature.

When I buy it was wasn’t sure if it was going to help with my cramps but it works so well. The vibrating feature makes my cramps go away and the heat feature to. Recommend!

This thing is super easy to use. The strap that it comes with it also comfortable in some areas, I’m plus size so it doesn’t fit around my stomach but I’ve found other ways to get it where I need it. For period cramps, it’s a godsend. But it’s also great for general pains. I hurt my lower back yesterday and couldn’t stand straight, so I laid on this on the highest heat and the steady vibration levels and my back was so much better afterwards. Charges fast and charges last a while. It turns off on its own after 30 minutes but it doesn’t have a cooldown period, so you can just turn it right back on if you need it for longer.

Got this for my girlfriend and she really likes it! It’s soft, easy to use, and helps with her cramps. She said it gets really hot after a while, but not too much to handle. Other than that, worth getting!

I usually don't to reviews of thing I buy but man this one made suck a different in my pain. It works great and stay charged for what feels like forever. I have chronic stomach pain and this truly help me.
