   I had a spot on the side of my forehead. When I got the machine I first tried set it to level 4 (max level 9) with fine needle, the pain is tolerable so I went on tried it on my forehead. A scab was formed and came off after 7 days or so, the spot became a few shades lighter than before but not completely gone. I am going to let it heal for a few weeks and try again on the same area and I'm pretty sure it will take it down further.
   In conclusion for this price it saves me loads for age spots products which I have tried many in the past but never worked.

   I have to admit, I didn't expect much from this very inexpensive purchase, but it works well. I've used it several times now on a couple small warts on my hands, moles, and age spots. Healed in about a week. I did buy numbing ointment. It doesn't completely numb it, but it's bearable.

   While thinking it may be risky to buy this product, it turns out to work well. After trying it myself, I found it easy to use as you can choose from 9 different settings and view the different strength levels on the screen as well as the remaining power. Personally, when trying I only needed a level 2 to deal with my skin tags. It wasn't painful only a mild feeling. You will smell skin burning but that did not bother me. I've only done one treatment so far on 4 very little skin tags and it has left some reddening and scabs and 2 skin tags have fallen off and pretty sure the other 2 will clear as well. Will continue to work on a couple of more skin tags I have. it might seem daunting at first but I suggest trying on small moles or skin tags first until you are comfortable with it. Overall, I would comfortably recommend this product .

   ok, it did minimize my skin tag I was looking to remove, however, directions were vague at the least, and it took about 10 days to heal after burning it down. I tried it again on a smaller one, but only burned it for a few seconds... it did shrink, but I didn't want to burn this one like I did the first one, so its still there, but smaller. I suppose I vwill give it 4 stars, because it did semi-work. Cheaper than the dermatologist, thumbs up for value.

   I am soooo happy I bought this. I had six skin tags on my neck and a couple under my boob. Wish I’d taken before and after photos. Using just level 3 was enough to do the job. The spotlight is a great help too. After a few days the tags were gone. I didn’t even notice how or when. Not sore, no scar! Burning flesh smells a bit, it stings a little but very tolerable.
