   I have mid to long thicker, naturally wavy hair. I had a bit of an learning curve using this, but if you properly read and follow the instructions it works very well. I suggest doing a trial run before you really need to do your hair for an event. It makes a loose, soft curl which is exactly what I wanted. I used a little hairspray once the curls were set and my hair came out great and in much less time than a traditional curling iron would have taken. It took me about 40 minutes to curl my hair and a curling iron takes about double that time. The iron beeps after you are done spiraling the hair into a curl and I felt the beep time was a little short for my hair, so I left it for about 10 more seconds. I do not think this would work well on thinner hair and shorter hair may be hard to curl the back yourself.

   Yes! I love this thing! I am completely clueless when it comes to curling irons and doing hair in general. I mastered this thing after three tries and honestly it's so simple and wonderful I can't remember the last time I bought a product I was so happy with! I curled my whole head of relatively thick hair in ten minutes this morning. Worth every penny. The automatic shutoff after 90 minutes is awesome too for us forgetful ladies!

   This might be my favorite thing ever. I've had it over a year and use it about every other day. My hair is thin and not too long but i can curl it in under 10 minutes. I don't know what kind of magic this thing weilds but my hair has never held a curl until this. Also, the auto rotating teeth make it possible to grab the hair and do this with one hand, which is ideal for those with dexterity issues. Be aware though, this thing is HOT, even on the low setting so be sure to use some kind of heat protection or it WILL burn your hair.

My daughter used her curler on me. My hair actually held the curls!! I liked it, but the curls were too tight. I saw this and had to try it. I Absolutely LOVE it!!    Wow! I am terrible at all things girly-hair, makeup, all of it. Have tried to curl my hair before and it takes over an hour because I am terrible at it and it often doesn’t look great. This thing is awesome! So easy to use, though somewhat of a learning curve. Heats up fast and curls are done super quick. Pictures are from my very first try and I have to say the curls are pretty awesome for my first time using this! I’m sure I will get better with practice. I learned you really should pay attention to the “ready” beep because if you hold it too long after you get Shirley Temple curls, but if you take the curling iron off sooner they are beautiful spiral curls. I have long, fine, straight hair and the curls held up all day, no problem! Definitely recommend!
