   I have hair that will not curl. I have spent so much money on curling irons that will not even remotely curl my mixed girl hair. I was skeptical about this but I am a sucker to try the latest gadget and ever hopeful..... well, this curling wand actually works. Once you get the hang of it. It worked best for me if I held it to my head and let it catch my hair and wind it instead of putting a strand in the wand to catch and twirl. Anyway, my hair curls tight, and then I loosened the curls with my fingers. It is brilliant!

   Initially I was skeptical about this curling iron, but decided to try it after reading the positive reviews. Boy were they right, this curling iron is great... it leaves wonderful looking curls and is quick. There is a bit of a learning curve, but nothing ridiculous. Once you figure out the right amount of hair to grab and what angle to hold the iron at, you’re off and running. I watched the tutorial video and that helped me greatly. Now I would never go back to a traditional iron again. I can curl my entire head in approx 10-15 mins, which anyone who has a 2 year old, knows getting ready is nearly impossible. There’s no gimmicks and it’s pretty straight forward. I have “normal” hair and no treatments & the curl holds nicely. Usually for several hours to sometimes all day! Sometimes I add a bit of spray, but there’s nothing in the pictures I have included. I have told all my family members about this curling iron and would continue recommend it!

   I rarely write reviews, but I feel I need to on this one. I absolutely love this product. I have a lot of thick hair and was able to do my whole head is around 15 minutes, which is less than half of what it takes to curl with a curling iron or flat iron. My hair didn’t get tangled at all, just hold it at a slight angle so that where the prongs are is a little farther away from the rest of your hair. I love that there are 2 settings and that it also rotates 2 directions. It curls really fast! Let your curls cool and they will stay in for a really long time. I thought I might have problems with the layers but it brought the whole section in I wanted without losing any hair. I also tried it on 4 day dirty hair and just washed/ dried hair because there’s a definite texture difference each way, and it worked wonderfully both ways.

She did it herself right away and didn’t need my assistance. Before this purchase, she would use the curling iron and she would always want me to come help because her arm would get tired. Play so she had to concentrate on it so hard because she was scared of burning herself or leaving it in too long… This beeps when it’s ready so you can actually talk on the phone (speaker) or do other things while curling and not have to worry. My hair doesn’t do as well with this iron… It’s more fine/ shoulder length and I’ve only attempted to Curlett once so maybe I will get better but I feel like it’s perfect for long or thicker hair. Overall I am very happy with this purchase for my daughter.

After my old curling iron died I decided to purchase a new one - this one - after reading COUNTLESS reviews and watching endless YouTube reviews as well. I was skeptical I won't lie, some of the reviews are negative. But my first time using this and my hair was curled in 15 minutes. Loose flowy volumizing curls. I have thin, below the shoulder hair and I had no problem using this product. It heated up FAST, worked as promised, and I am completely satisfied. If your having doubts, don't!!

   This is a great curling iron. But, you have to take your time to get it to work. Once I relaxed, and let the spinner catch my hair I was shocked at how easy it was to use. My hair does not tangle, I place the iron close to the roots, put a lock of hair inside the outside holders, and let the iron do the work. Honestly, if someone complains about how this iron works, its because they didn't give it a chance. I have medium length, straight fine hair. It works great and the curl holds.

   Let me start off by saying how terrible I am with an actual curling iron. I suck. Hence why I never learned how to curl my hair. Tried buying the Tyme iron, tried it once, was so hard, I gave up. Was hesitant to buy this because of “a guaranteed curl” wasn’t so guaranteed with the other product. But I finally went for it.... I can’t believe I hadn’t gone for it sooner! It may not look good to those who are experienced hair curlers, but I’m super stoked about how it looks for my first try! I can’t wait to get better with dividing my hair pieces for the curls to get a more cleaner look. And this photo is after brushing my fingers through the hair to loosen the curls.... love love love!

You just have to figure out if you want curls to go out or in, you have to place your hair in the front of back of the curling iron depending on which curl you want, and then get used to which way you hit the button. Just practice with it before you use it, and this thing will save your arms!
