   This is a well thought out product and a great value. It works well, has all the features you would want and does not skimp on providing the adjustment/controls you need, even providing the adjustment wheel for both left and right handed. The low cost is made possible by use of plastics which probably won't handle any but of heat. All in all, I think if you want to provide a low cost but well functioning telescope, this is the way to go at it.

The side scope to line things up (forget what it is called) is upside down but regular view is fine. It can grow to full height with telescope expanding legs. Looks short in pictures but it is made to be full size or sit on a table. Comes with a bag for traveling.

I got a text from her saying how cool it was, and they were looking at the craters on the moon! They love nature, and hike and camp a lot.    Amazing telescope. I have used a number of telescopes and this is one of the best based on flexibility, ease of use and performance. When mounted on a simple Eq. tracking mount I am getting better pictures than with my C925 that has been a significant source of disappointment. For this price there is no better telescope in the market.
