Pulse rate is also a bit of, but does the job. Always rely on actual professional medical facility equipment when having really hard troubles to breath.

The numbers are easy to read and the response time seems pretty reasonable. It's also nice that it has an animation for heartbeat so that you know that it's reading, even if it takes a moment to calculate things before it shows you the numbers.
