   It sat in the box for about a month until i truly needed it. My bedroom is the hottest in the house and last night it was unbearable. Around midnight i took this thing out of the box, filled with cold water and turned it on full blast. Nice cold air flowed that allowed me to sleep comfortably. It doesn't make the whole room cold, yet the air that flows is colder than a regular fan (I bet even colder if i used the provided ice pack) . On a side note, i bought this unit Used. From the condition i received it, i couldn't tell it was ever taken out of the box and used.

   I bought this for my small room. It's been running for a few hours with my window and door closed and my room is still the same temp as the rest of the house. It only cools me down when its in close range and facing in my direction. Absolutely not worth what I paid for it.
