I’ve removed an annoying skin tag near my eye and a large unsightly mole on my cheek is now barely noticeable. The instructions are right, you must be patient and not piggle at the scabs while they’re healing (which is more difficult than it sounds!) ... it’s also easy to get carried away. I ordered separately some alcohol swabs and healing gel.

Not really painful, more of a sharp sting, but you can adjust setting to reduce output. This really does work, even for the larger skin tags, and 6 months down the line the have not returned.
