I own a HD Heritage Softail Classic. I don’t have a fairing on my bike, but do have a full windshield. As long as the wind is calm, the sound is good for up to 60-65 mph. I also noticed that different road surfaces made it harder to hear music at higher speeds. I enjoy having tunes only sometimes while on a bike so this will work great for me! Mostly I love to ride my cycle to clear my mind and that includes just listening to my pipes and the wind. I installed this myself and I am a female RN with slight knowledge of electricity. My advice - know your wires and it doesn’t hurt to have a cousin who is a motorcycle specialist

Pretty good sound, for a small unit! It takes some tweeking of the mounting brackets, for the unit to mount properly on my Honda Shadow. Other than that, it was easy to hook up the wires to the battery terminals and very good instruction manual. Once I figured out how to press and hold to increase and decrease the volume. I like the look.

I put this on a 2012 Deluxe and I absolutely love it. There are only a few songs that I have found that you can't really hear doing 60+ mph

I can hear it even at hiway speed. Sounds great. It is plenty loud enough. It is pretty easy to open the casing and add more speakers and an amp to it as well. The only bad part is the mounting that comes with it. Its like an erector set. Its easy to go to a hardware store and make new mounting though so not a real detractor from the product. Just be prepared to replace the mounting hardware.

Great for someone what's tunes with the ride, but don't want to spend a fortune on a system. !! Ps: the quality of the mounting kit is exceptional .... Definitely recommend

I leave this thing outside, it gets rained on, power washed, mud all the time and somehow it still works. I just ran 2 zip ties to hold it on and it's fallen off a few times and I just throw it back on and slap it a few times for being bad and off we go again. The radio signal blows on it but I always use Bluetooth anyways. Overall I'm happy with it and when it finally dies I'm gonna throw it in the burn barrel and buy the same one again.

Put it on a 00 Road King first. No windshield, loud pipes. Hear it up to about 35-40 MPH. Then put on a 98 heritage with windshield and cobra pipes. Hear it till about 55-65. Good if putting around not made for high speeds and loud pipes. But it is descent for the money

The mounting clamps weren't bent correctly do the hook doesn't stay in place making it a little more difficult to mount. The zip ties they send with it are horrible, they are brittle and break before getting tight. Took me by myself just under an hour to remove my old system and replace it with this one. It doesn't get very loud, but it's good's enough for in town. At highway speed you can't really hear it.
