Used 2 times a day, just a thin coat, start 2 weeks after stitches or what ever closure used on the wound through week 6-7. It flattens and takes away redness.    I recently had a double lung transplant and as you can imagine, I was pretty beat up after surgery. Of course there's the chest scar but also scars from numerous IV's and arterial lines. After my wounds healed, I immediately went to work on the scars. I applied the scar gel after shower in the morning and night. To help accelerate the results I used the same brand of scar tape. The difference is incredible. The wounds flattened and the scarring is almost gone. I have a few spots left but it's a night and day difference.
