   The product actually works. I followed directions for first use and used a few tablets and ran my “clean cycle”. Smells fine now. Baking soda and vinegar etc and homemade cleaners did not work. Will use monthly as directed and remember you need to clean out the vinyl liner after each use and leave door slightly ajar to breathe and dry out so it doesn’t get musty
