    This handy device makes 16 identical kabobs. First time i used it we had great lamb shoulder kabobs on the grill. Just to be sure they push through after slicing, be sure to coat the inside with a little oil. I am surprised how thick the plastic is and how sturdy the skewer guides are. GOOD KITCHEN ACCESSORY and conversation piece for your next BBQ!

    I have to cut up four heads of Iceberg lettuce with three heads of Romaine for my family's salads every week. I just cut them in half and shove them in and it works perfectly, other bulk lettuce choppers cost 300.00 so using the Brochette Express is a real winner!
