The hands free bicycle dog leash is an essential bike accessory that lets your best buddy run along beside you as you ride your bike. This clamp-on bar holds the dog out to the side, and ensures that the dog doesn’t get tangled up or caught in the spokes.

The secret is an easily installed clamp with a rubber insert that mounts under the saddle seat. The double clip leash has a rigid outrigger handle that you can even use as part of the leash when it is dismounted from the bike . The lanyard snap on the end can attach to the dog’s collar or body harness.

Attaching the leash is no problem, and we even include the Allen wrench to get the seat tube’s clamp on good and snug. All in all, this hands free bicycle dog leash is a great bike accessory that your pooch will appreciate.

    Great thing. It is attached to the bike easily. The only thing, Long is the design of leashes for an average dog. But you can not wear a jerk without control. I take a regular carabiner and I only cling to the controller, then the norms are obtained. It's been a month.

    I have a very energetic 1 1/2 year old husky that loves to chase squirrels, rabbits and birds. He is able to get a great workout and when we see other dogs he is so focused on running he doesn't seem to want to chase anything. This product is awesome and it's obvious that the company cares about their customers. I've recommended it to everyone I know with a dog and a friend has already bought one even though they don't have a bike yet.

    My dog ( a mountain cur) took to it immediately. Occasionally he gets distracted and tugs on the lead, that takes some getting use to. He probably is more used to the leash than I am. Both of us now look forward to the bike ride after his normal walk.

    It is so easy to install and there is no hardware sticking out anywhere. I like the fact that it attaches lower on the bike so its harder for your dog to pull the bike over. It keeps my dog right beside me away from both wheels. He loves to go for a run and whines if I take the bike out without him. It is a fun way to give my dog the exercise he loves.

    Color me impressed. I have a border collie who tends to forge ahead. I tried this and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I could see her putting pressure on the leash trying to run, I couldn't feel any change in the bike. She learned her position very quickly after that and responded to speed and direction changes without verbal cues. Bike rides will be much more enjoyable without having to worry about keeping her in the right position to avoid running into her.

    I have been very happy with this product. my dog was a little scared on our first ride but she got used to it quickly. It helped to walk with her Attached to the bike for the first couple times before I rode the bike with her. Allowing her to run fast next to me gives her much better exercise than just going for a walk. It's easy to hook up and easy/safe to use.
