Outstanding product!! My husband has had 3 lower back surgeries and one beck fusion surgery. Yet, his favorite position to sleep in is on his stomach. This pillow eliminated his stiff sore back in the morning!! Truly amazing!! He went from sleeping with 4 pillows to one pillow for his head and thus wonderful pillow under his stomach!! We are not fighting pillows for extra space on the bed anymore.

I'm a stomach sleeper, so I was looking for a thin pillow that didn't have too much depth. Even though this is designed for lumbar support, it fits the bill perfectly. Having a thin pillow is easier on my neck than either a normal pillow or none at all, allowing me to sleep comfortably.

I sleep on my stomach, side and back. I did fold the pillow in half to make it a little thicker but it worked very well when sleeping on my stomach. It relieved a lot of pressure on my back. It worked fairly well when sleeping on my side. It was a definite improvement over nothing at all. I just wish it were a little thicker.

Itâ€™s amazing feeling and a difference maker. The plus factor is it came it a second layer which allows you to decrease the elevation for extra comfort. Person I elected to removing it and using just the one piece! I recommend it and encourages buys to try it during naps for couple night before full night usage. The spine is delicate structure and as a result extra precautions are highly recommended

I was a little unsure when I first ordered the pillow, but I figured that I needed to upgrade over the folded up towel I had been using. I've been impressed so far with the comfort of this lumbar pillow. It certainly helps me sleep and relieves the pain associated with a couple herniated discs. I use it while laying on my back and also while on my side, and it seems to work well. I've been trying to talk my wife into getting one for her back.

The first night I used the pillow I had sound sleep for the first time in a number of weeks. I was experiencing lower back pain for a number of weeks and could get no relief while lying in bed. The result was interrupted sleep. After using the pillow the first night I woke up in the morning well rested with no back pain. It provides surprising great support and is very comfortable to sleep on whether I sleep on my back or side.

The pillow seems to be of good quality, it did its job and kept me from developing lower back pain when I spend too much time in bed due to a recent medical procedure. For me, I would like it to be a little stiffer, it compresses almost flat but, as I mentioned, it did keep me from developing lower back pain but I would prefer a little more support for my taste. Overall a great product, stays in place during the night and does what itâ€™s supposed to.

I do lash extensions and have lower back pain. Accidentally, I found this Product. I ordered 2 brands for this type of pillow but definitely thumps up for the Gentle Living brand. Love it than the other one for quality! My back feels much better. I told my coworkers about this wonderful pillow and sure that they will soon look for it!
