   I read several reviews and did a lot of research before I finally settled on this mandolin. So far I'm very happy with the decision and have used it quite a bit. It is well built and sturdy; the blades are easy to set and reset. I like the hand guard that came with it as you never have to get near the blades when cutting up vegetables.
