   I wish I was more consistent with using this. I see results after using it. I use it on my neck, lower jaw (Jowls) and inside arms the most. It heats up to a comfortable temperature and is very soothing. I clench my jaw so in addition to slimming down and tightening, it helps relax my jaw and ease any headache I’ve developed from my lovely bad habit. I mostly use the infrared. I haven’t tried the many other modes it offers

   I’ve been using this item for 5 days and I kid you not I’ve lost inches!!! My skin is so much tighter and my mom pouch is almost non existent I’ve worked on this for 7 years and nothing helped but this did. My only compliant is the placement of the buttons to get a good grip you end up turning it off also this may just be a malfunction with mine but my handle gets super hot! Other then that I love this thing so much wish I bought it sooner!!! I’ve referred so many people.

   I didnt really think this machine would work but after having a baby last year and dealing with the extra stubborn weight I thought I would give it a try. So far I have used this machine a total of 3 times in the past 2 weeks and lost 1 inch off my waist line and 1/2 an inch off of my arms. With the stubborn fat melting away I also lost 5lbs. The result work best if you are doing some sort of exercise along side with it to ease the fat burning process. I have done a lot of diet and exercise in the past and nothing has worked as well as combining exercise with this machine.

Great product, when you turn it on it doesn’t make a lot of noise, doesn’t heat up or anything, it just vibrates and the red lights are on. But some people think it doesn’t work. It comes with pads.    I just have used it once and you can see the difference I used it only infrared and sonic It worked for me. I gain some belly fat during quarentine and my belly is the same like before. I like it. I recommend it if you want some shape. I do not use the pads they ar not very strong. I just use the machine. You have to use it every 72 hours so you can use it 2 times a week. Just 10 - 20 min is enough do not do it many tines a week the body needs to rest. Good buy good price
