The only thing I didn't like is I can feel the pulses in the hand holding the device as well. But, for me at least, I found if I use it without the gel I will not feel it on the hand holding the device, only on the desired point. All in all, I liked it and keep it in my nightstand for quick pain relief.

After about 10 minutes of working on her shoulders and upper back, he muscles were more loose than I have ever felt them and she felt great. It's not a miracle tool/permanent fix, but it does provide relief. It's not relaxing/comfortable to use, but if you have even had a chiropractor use a tens unit on you then you can handle this.
