If you have to sheetrock a ceiling, even with another set of hands, these are very helpful. Fit well. Placed the screws so you can back off, remove tool, the since down again. Far less strain than having to hold up. Great value....

These little access panels are great. There's times when you have to open up a wall to do some plumbing or electrical work inside of it. Often people will just plaster back over the work area, but that takes some effort to reinforce the new drywall, you never really get the texture right, and then if you have to go back into the wall you have to tear it back open again. The frame for this panel is fairly rigid, and the panel itself snaps out with a screwdriver. To secure mine, I used some silicone adhesive/caulk and secured it overnight with some small clamps (the kind that look like big alligator clips, from the local Lowes) while it cured. In the morning it was well-adhered to the wall and rigid. Make sure when you install the frame that you have cut an adequately-sized hole in the wall. Snug is good, but if the sides of the frame are deformed, then you're bound to have fit issues when it comes time to put the panel in.

Easily installed in the interior of my bathroom vanity for access to plumbing covered up by the vanity installation. I just used caulk to hold the panel in place. After a day of curing, the access panel was sturdy and the door could be removed easily. I would buy again if I needed a small access panel.

This is a great product that is easy to install. I have a fully finished basement with a drywall ceiling that I needed to put a few access panels in. I cut the holes and this slid right in and looks very professional. I was not looking forward to cutting in to my ceiling but with this product if I need to again I will and purchase another one of these.

Worked great as a ceiling access panel for my basement drywall ceiling. Its big enough of an opening for me to reach my whole arm through to reach valves and whatever else i need to.

I just received this panel. It looks good. This is made to hide holes to places for emergency use. You need to use screw driver to remove it. However - if you have two sets of magnets and little of hot glue - just cut original mounting and you may get very cheap, very useful access panel.

This molded plastic door was just what I needed. I had to run hot & cold water, sewer, electric and gas into an outdoor BBQ island. Rather than an unfinished hole in the side of the island, I used this door frame. Looks great and was easy to install.
